Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM  will be processed the following business day.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery:

• We offer standard and expedited shipping options. The rates are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the delivery location.
• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination:
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
• International shipping is available. Delivery times and rates will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can track your order.

Packaging:

• All perfumes are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Certain international destinations may have shipping restrictions or additional customs fees.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

• If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
